The Negative traits a person has are equally important. Therefore, I ran the same test using only negative traits. It was very interesting how many people did not want to give me negative feedback. These results don't have the as many participants but, they seem as valid as a the Johari is.

Jessica, doing the Johari Window project for class has given me a lot of information about myself and how others feel about me. I have opened up a little more and am working on the areas I did not know about myself in positive ways. I am looking forward to trying your suggested website!
ReplyDeleteJessica, I found the Johari Window to be interesting for me, it turns out others view me better than a view myself. Turns out the saying is true, we are our own worst critic. I also found that the Johari Window was an accurate measurement of communication skills. Those who you communicate more with are going to be able to give you a more accurate list of words.
ReplyDeleteHi Jessica,
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing the Nohari window. I enjoyed doing the Johari window for our class and I love the twist on it!
